What is ISCA Conference 2026?
ISCA Conference 2026 is the Institute’s flagship conference that brings together more than 1,000 finance professionals, business leaders, policymakers and industry experts to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions and shape the future of the profession in a rapidly evolving world.
When and where will ISCA Conference 2026 take place?
ISCA Conference 2026 will be held on 11 November 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore.

Are there early-bird discounts available?
Yes!! We have launched the Early Bird discount. Find out more information on the ISCA Conference website.
Are group or corporate packages available?
At this time, Group and corporate packages are not available. Please check our website for any future updates or promotions.
Can non-ISCA members attend?
Absolutely. The conference is open to both ISCA members and non-members, and we welcome all professionals to attend.
Can students attend the conference?
Yes. Students with a valid conference registration are welcome to attend the conference.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Pay Now and InvoiceNow (for government agencies).
Will I receive a confirmation email after registration?
Yes. A confirmation email, including the event QR code, will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
How can I obtain an invoice or receipt?
Your invoice and receipt can be accessed through your ISCA membership account after payment has been processed.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
No. Conference registrations are strictly non- transferable.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All registrations are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the registration have been completed.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, onsite registration will be available. However, tickets are subject to availability, and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a registration deadline?
There is no fixed registration deadline. However, registrations will close once the conference reaches full capacity, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

How will I receive my event pass or QR code?

When will I receive event information and updates?
All event information will be updated on the website and ISCA’s social media. Do keep a lookout on these two avenues.
How do I access the conference agenda?
The agenda can be accessed on the ISCA website.
Can I select my preferred sessions in advance?
Yes, you will be required to choose your preferred track – Finance Leaders or Practitioners during registration.
Will presentation materials be available before the conference?
No, the presentation materials will be available within 7 working days after the conference.
What should I bring on the conference day?
Bring yourself! You are also encouraged to bring along your mobile phone, and other notetaking materials you would require throughout the conference.
What is the recommended dress code?
Business or smart business casual attire.
Conference Day
What time does registration open?
Registration will open at 8.30am.
What time should I arrive?
You may arrive any time after 8.30am.
Where is registration at?
The registration counters are situated right outside Roselle-Simpor Ballroom at Level 4.
Do I need to print my registration confirmation?
You do not need to print the registration confirmation. All you need to prepare is the registration confirmation email that has been sent one day before the event.
What happens if I lose my badge?
Please proceed to the registration counter to print another badge.
Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage service?
Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we do not offer a cloakroom or luggage storage service.
Are meals and refreshments provided?
Lunch and tea break will be provided during the conference.
Will dietary requirements be accommodated?
All meals are halal certified. Should you have special dietary requirements, you may write to us at iscaconference@isca.org.sg along with your ticket purchase number
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Public wifi is available at the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Sands Expo and Convention Centre is wheelchair accessible.
Is there a quiet room/space for me to work during the conference?
Unfortunately, due to the lack of space, there wouldn’t be a quiet room / wellness space.
Programme
How many tracks or breakout sessions are available?
Two tracks are available this conference – Finance Leaders Track and Practitioners Track.
Can I switch between tracks during the conference?
Due to the limited number of availabilities in each track, please adhere to the track you chose during registration.
Are keynote sessions included in my registration?
Yes, your registration allows you to access the full programme
Will the sessions be recorded and made available after the conference?
Yes, you may access them from ISCAccountify.
Will there be opportunities to meet speakers?
You may meet them during the networking session after the conference.
Are panel discussions interactive?
Currently, the interaction for panel discussions are limited to Q&A sessions conducted digitally.

CPE / CPD Matters
How many CPE hours can I earn?
Each track is entitled to 5 CPE hours.
When will CPE hours be reflected in my records?
CPE hours will be reflected in your account within seven working days from the conference.
Will non-ISCA members receive attendance certificates?
Non-ISCA members will need to write in to iscaconference@isca.org.sg to retrieve their Certificate of Attendance.
How can overseas attendees claim CPD/CPE credits with their professional bodies?
Overseas attendees can retrieve their Certificate of Attendance by accessing the ISCA portal. Alternatively, please write in to iscaconference@isca.org.sg to retrieve your Certificate of Attendance.
Networking
Are networking sessions included?
Networking session is included in your ticket.
Will there be a networking reception?
There will be a networking reception at the end of the conference.
How can I connect with other attendees?
You may network with them during lunch, tea break and the networking session.

Parking is available at Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Is parking coupons provided?
Parking coupon is available on a first come first serve basis at the registration counter.
Is public transport recommended?
Public transport is recommended as it will be peak hours.

Will photography and videography be conducted?
Yes, photography and videography will be conducted throughout the conference.
How will photos and recordings be used?
Photos and recordings will be used for social media and highlights to share post conference.
Can attendees take photographs during sessions?
Yes, you are allowed to take photographs. You will be informed if there are any restrictions for any of the segments.
Am I allowed to take videos?
Strictly no videography is allowed onsite, except for the Official Crew assigned.

Post-Conference
How can I access presentation materials after the event?
Presentation materials (where applicable) will be sent within seven days post conference.
How can I download my attendance certificate?
Certificate of Attendance will be accessible in your ISCA account within seven days post conference.
How can I provide feedback?
A post event evaluation form will be shared with attendees at the end of the conference.
